The development of 3-dimensional textured anorganic and organic ECM-analogous biointerfaces is depending on the development of a microsystem-based cultivation and handling system for cells and their monitoring. Modular Bio-MEMS will support the research in tissue engineering with new scaffold structures and materials for implants. Pumps and Syringes are provided by ILS and the development was realized by TU - Ilmenau Faculty for Engineering Specialty Biomechatronic.
